Privacy policy

Ryan Berner Group (“we”) uses this site to answer questions from Flathead Valley homeowners and buyers. This page explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions: [email protected] or call or text (406) 709-5404.

What we collect

If you send a form, we collect the fields you fill in: name, email, mobile phone, property address when you are asking about a sale, timing, the towns and price range on a listing alert, and any note you write. We also store the page you sent it from, the src value from the link you used, whether you checked the text-message box, and the time of that choice.

The site may keep basic technical logs, such as the time of a request, so we can run the form and block abuse. If analytics are turned on later, they are a privacy-respecting count of visits, not a profile of you.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your inquiry, prepare a home value range, or send listing alerts you asked for. A customer-relationship tool may store the inquiry so Ryan can respond. That is how we handle the request you sent. It is not a sale of your information.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on a form, Ryan Berner Group may send text messages about your real estate inquiry to the mobile number you gave us. Those messages are replies about your home value, a listing alert you requested, or scheduling a conversation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and it is not required to submit a form. If you leave the box unchecked, we contact you by phone call or email only. You will not receive an automated text.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond, to honor a text opt-out, and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete a note you sent by emailing [email protected].

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
