About Iron Horse
- The club has an 18-hole, par 71 Tom Fazio course, a clubhouse, pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a marina on Whitefish Lake. Club membership is separate from owning property; the club says memberships are available with or without a property purchase.

- The homeowners association runs its own water system for household and irrigation use. The City of Whitefish provides sewer service. Roads are privately owned and maintained, with public access.
- The association maintains more than 100 acres of mostly forested common area. Building and remodeling go through its Design Review Committee.
